This Privacy Policy describes how the Monoplay mobile application (the "App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects user information ("User", "you").
The App is intended for users aged 12 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 12. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe a child under 12 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email address below and we will delete such data promptly.
Account data: nickname, avatar (selected from preset options or uploaded by the user), unique in-game identifier.
Gameplay statistics: number of games played, wins, losses, MMR rating, rank, in-game items obtained.
Communication data: messages in global and in-game chats, friend list.
Technical information: device type, operating system, IP address (used to maintain a stable network connection).
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, media files, or other personal data from your device.

The App contains chat features and other forms of user-generated content (nicknames, messages). To keep the community safe, we may review reported content, store chat logs for a limited period, and take action against accounts that violate our Terms of Service. Users can report inappropriate content and block other users directly within the App.
Game data is stored on secure servers. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties, except as required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users.
The App includes in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store payment data (card numbers, banking details). All transactions are processed and secured directly by Apple and Google. To confirm purchases and prevent fraud, Apple and Google share with us only the transaction identifier and the type of item purchased.
You may request deletion of your data by writing to the email address below. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving the request. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).
